Fineline was approached by a high end custom home builder to build the concrete foundation, custom concrete swimming pool, suspended concrete slabs and the structural steel/wood framing for a very complicated custom home in Calgary.
We needed a high quality, cost effective solution to forming this complex concrete foundation. We prefabricated sections in our yard and used a crane to install the panels. This streamlined the process and gave the client what they wanted.
The Residences of King Edward are a suite of 20 luxurious suites in Marda Loop, Calgary. Fineline was awarded the foundation phase of this multi unit project and commenced construction of the foundation walls, parking garage and suspended slab in 2017?
Scheduling was a priority for our client so it was all hands on deck to get this one completed within the given timeframe. We used the Peri modular forming system to give our client the best product possible. 2500 cubic meters of concrete later we passed this back to our client.
